To confirm this kind of tours, a small deposit is required prior clients arrival . In case of cancelation up to 5 days prior arrival, the deposit is refunded 100%. After that, the deposit is not refundable
Private or semiprivate catamaran tours and volcano boat tours
To confirm this kind of tours, a deposit is usually required. If not, a credit card number is requested, and the Catamaran company has the charge of the total tour reservation cost on hold until clients arrive. Then the charge is completed. In case of cancellation, up to 5 days before the tour, the deposit is refunded 100% or the amount on hold is released 100%. 4 days to 48 hours prior tour departure, there is cancellation fee of 20 %. For cancelations the day before or the same day of the tour, we can not issue ny refunds. The whole reservation amount could be charged . The places on this kind of tours are extremely limited .
VOUCHERS
Before the start of the tour a voucher with the confirmation number must be shown to our guide. You will receive this by e-mail after payment to purchase a tour at santorinibesttours.com has been made. The voucher also contains all the information about the service, and it is your responsibility to carefully check it immediately after receipt. If you do not receive the voucher within 24 hours you should contact Omega Travel.

Santorini Island Tours, its agents, representatives, and contractors are not liable and will not provide refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God or Governments, war hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil strife, labor dispute, strike, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other occurrences beyond the immediate control of Santorini Island Tours and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided.
WITHDRAWAL
Santorini Island Tours reserves the right, without notice, to withdraw from the terms and conditions of use and to prevent user access to the website.

The terms and conditions of use have been prepared and should be interpreted under the laws of the Greek Republic except for the International Private Law.
